Laura and "Barefoot" Reggie Starrett are bringing back their hugely successful Trop Rock event to north Georgia!
Join us for Trop Rockin the Mountain Top at the Kingwood Resort in the beautiful North Georgia mountains. It's going to be a weekend filled with fun, friends and great music! The Venue:
The Kingwood Resort and Winery Located in scenic Clayton, Georgia the resort offers an amazing array of amenities including a renowned golf course, a spa, a winery and all manner of outdoor fun including horseback riding, fishing, ziplining, paddle boarding, biking and hiking. Or you could just lounge by the pool and sip cocktails! Either way, we'll be treated to some terrific Trop Rock music. Party with a Purpose:
This event supports Farmlife Farmlife's mission statement is cultivating happy healthy families in our communities. We will offer an alternative to a traditional therapy by doing therapy at the farm or barn . We will do horticultural therapy and bovine therapy. Who isn’t happy when they cuddle a cow! We will teach classes on gardening and canning goods to help parent be self sufficient. Offering vegetables and promoting healthy life style choices… if you grow it … you know it!! Also Goat Yoga!! Quilting as well. I plan to have a farm stand to sale vegetables and handmade items with the proceeds going to reduce treatment cost for the clients.
This is a safe supportive and inclusive space to promote wellness and to empower the community by realizing their health goals through farm based therapy. Farmlife is a 503(c) charity.
