On Saturday, March 22, 2003, our dear friend and loyal parrot head Barry Hamm passed away suddenly.  Barry had been a club member for several years. He could always be counted on to attend all our happy hours, parties, community service events, and anything else the club sponsored.  He was a true friend who would go out of his way to help anyone any way he could.  I think he treasured his association with our club and its members more than almost anything in his life, and we'll all miss him terribly.  He was with us for our happy hour only two days before, and then, suddenly, he is gone.  It  serves to remind us how fleeting and fragile life is, and may his memory continue to enrich ours.
